Where are you products made?
Our products are proudly made in Wichita, Kansas USA. We have a highly skilled staff of passionate creators that put the little touches across all of the product lines. While you might not notice the small details, we make it our primary focus. Our products solve problems and provide comfort.

You will find the IQ in Pup IQ is a constant reminder that all of our products are approached with intelligent design, and utilize cutting edge "smart" materials to provide more features and function then any product before. We use only the most premium materials to solve pet problems for pet people.
Are your dog beds waterproof?
Our Smart Pup dog beds utilize a smart fabric solution called Crypton fabric. They are water proof, however they are a whole lot more than that. They are anti-bacterial and they stay clean. This means you have to wash them very rarely since they do not get dirty. All of our beds have removable covers and can be easily laundered. *Please note our Luxe Pup Fur beds are machine washable but not waterproof.

How long does it take to get my order?
We make all of our products in Wichita, KS and we ship all orders from that location. Most orders ship within 24 hours but can take up to 4 business days. We use UPS to ship all orders and average transit time is 4-6 business days. You will receive a tracking notification when your order is on the way.
Do you ship out side of the US?
Currently, this website is not set up for international transactions. However, we are happy to accomodate your request so please contact us. info@pup-iq.com
What is your return policy?
We proudly stand behind our high quality craftsmanship. If you are not happy for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, send it back for a full refund. All of our products carry a one year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Please note we do not resell dog beds and therefor they can not be returned unless they are like new and unused. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us with any questions or needs.
How do you ship my product?
We ship all of our products UPS ground. We do not offer an expedited option at this time.
